Tracy, a New York native, has dedicated her career to avocating for vulnerable populations, driven by a deep-rooted passion for social justice and child welfare. Equipped with a Bachelors Degree in Child & Family Services, a Master's in Human Development, and a Law Degree from Elisabeth Haub School of Law. As a New York licensed attorney, she has been at the forefront of legal reforms, working on behalf of children in detention centers, advocating for the improvement of indigent legal services - parent representation, and daycare licensing with New York State childcare facilities. Tracy's commitment extended into private practice, focusong on guaridanship and child representation, underscoring her dedication to child welfare and advocacy.
